We are at 5720 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, #100, Issaquah, WA 98029. Free, above-ground parking is available directly in front of the clinic.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 3pm. Call the clinic to confirm holiday hours or appointment availability.
